The SCALE website is officially launched
October 6, 2026
Last week, we celebrated the launch together with members of the ATMP ecosystem at GoCo house in Gothenburg/Mölndal. The afternoon brought together people from healthcare, academia, and industry for networking, celebration, and a first look at the new SCALE platform.
The SCALE website is now live!
The event opened with welcoming remarks from Gwen Gilderson, Sahlgrenska Science Park, representing their organisation, Mats Hellström, Sahlgrenska Science Park, shared insights into ATMP initiatives and workforce development activities as the project owner, followed by Alma Söderström, SCALE Project Manager, who introduced the SCALE project and guided participants through the new website.
The launch reflected what SCALE is all about: bringing people across the ATMP ecosystem together, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities for learning and collaboration. With all project partners present from CCRM Nordic, Gothenburg University, Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhus VGR, Chalmers and Sahlgrenska Science Park.
The new website developed by mkmedia brings together information and opportunities for people working with or interested in advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), including courses, events, news, resources, student opportunities, and information about the Västra Götaland regional ATMP ecosystem.
Thank you for celebrating with us!
A big thank you to our funders making this project feasible: The European Regional Development Fund (via Tillväxtverket) and Västra Götalandsregionen (via The Environment and Regional Development Committee). A special thanks to Gwen Gilderson, Mats Hellström and Alma Söderström for contributing to the programme, and to everyone who joined us at GoCo House and helped make the launch such an enjoyable afternoon.
This is just the beginning. We look forward to continuing to develop SCALE together with the community and contributing to a stronger ATMP ecosystem and skills development in Västra Götaland. Make sure to become a member and get access to every course!
